1/2 liters – full cream milk
1/2 cups – Maida flour
1 large spoon – semolina flour
Finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon – green cardamom powder
1/2 cup – Paneer grated
250 gms – sugar
100 ml – water
1 big spoon – almond and pistachio granule
First of all, heat the milk on gas for one and half hour time so that it becomes thick. When the milk gets half, put 1 big spoon of sugar in it and keep it as it is for cooling.
Now add Maida flour, semolina and green cardamom powder in it and keep it for 5 minutes. Add sugar and water in another vessel and prepare syrup.
Add ghee on a nonstick pan and heat it. Then, add a little mixture to it which you prepared with the help of spoon and spread it over and over again. Fry it well from both sides.
After this, add Malpua in hot syrup for atleast 1 hour. Pour grated cheese over it and then add pistachios and almonds from the top.
