Paneer Chilli gravy



For paneer pakoda:

¼ cup corn flour

¼ cup plain flour

½ tsp pepper, crushed

½ tsp lal mirch powder

1 tsp soy sauce

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp ginger-garlic paste

¼ cup water

9 cubes Paneer

Oil for deep frying

For gravy:

4 tsp oil

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

4 tbsp spring onion, chopped

2 tbsp onion, finely chopped

2 green chilli, slit

½ capsicum (green & red), cubed

2 tbsp vinegar (SIRKA)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp chilli sauce

¼ tsp pepper, crushed

¼ tsp salt

1 tbsp corn flour

1 cup water

First of all, prepare corn flour batter by adding spices in it.

Then dip cubes of paneer and deep fry in hot oil.

fry the paneer till they turns golden and crisp.

Now, drain off the fried paneer onto a tissue paper and keep it aside.

Prepare the gravy by heating 4 tsp oil and sauté 2 cloves garlic with it, for flavor.

Also add 2 tbsp spring onion, 2 tbsp onion and 2, green chili and sauté well. Now, add ½ capsicum (green & red) and sauté slightly and then add 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp chilli sauce, ¼ tsp pepper and ¼ tsp salt.

Sauté on the entire thing on high flame till it gets thickens.

Now, add the corn flour water and stir continuously.

When you see the sauce boiling, then after add the fried Paneer cubes into it.

Finally, serve chilli paneer gravy recipe garnished with few chopped spring onions along with fried rice.
