An Islamic religious body in Pakistan on Wednesday requested the administration to incorporate Quranic verses about significance of jihad in the proposed school educational modules.
The Council of Islamic Ideology (CII) raised genuine worries over excluding verses about jihad in the proposed syllabi for open instructive foundations. The CII administrator Maulana Muhammad Khan Sheerani said that that the Federal Education and Professional Training Ministry ought to incorporate the verses about significance of jihad in educational programs.
The committee likewise requested that the four areas make the educating of the Holy Quran as a necessary subject from evaluation one to 12. The issues of verses about jihad and instructing of Quran was raised when the legislature introduced a draft of proposed educational modules before the CII, which is established body, to recommend measures for execution of Islam in the nation.
