Oppo F5 smartphone launched with bezel-less display, AI technology in Philippines


Chinese smartphone maker company Oppo has unveiled its F5 handset in the Philippines market ahead of India launch on November 2. The cellphone involves price tag of 15,990 PHP (approx Rs. 20,038). The pre-booking of handset in India will begin from October 27 while in Phillippines market it will go on sale from November 4.

The latest leaks about Oppo F5 handset revealed that cellphone is likely to be selfie-centric phone. The company has begun making selfie technology for the customers.

Talking about the camera of smartphone, Oppo F5 comes with dual camera setup on the front and boasts 20-megapixel front-facing camera to take selfies. It supports portrait mode and involves 16MP rear camera.

The cellphone will also come up with bokeh effect and A.I Technology.

Oppo F5 includes 6-inch Full HD+ display that comes with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The handset is powered by the MediaTek MT6763T chipset, it involves 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage or 6GB RAM and 64GB storage that can be expandable to up to 256GB using microSD card.

The cellphone comes with 3200mAh battery and it operates on ColorOS 3.2 based on Android Nougat. It has full metal uni-body design and involves fingerprint sensor at the rear end.

Other Connectivity options involve 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS + GLONASS.
