ONGC to bid for Israel oil-and-gas exploration blocks, says Oil Minister Dharmendra Pradhan


New Delhi: Indian Oil Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Monday conveyed that Indian multinational oil and Gas Corporation ONGC (Oil and Natural Gas Company) plans to appeal for Israeli offshore oil-and-gas exploration blocks, the first main deal between the two nations since trip in July by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
