Officer Pooja Thakur, Who Led Guard of Honor For Obama, Sues Indian Air Force

NEW DELHI: Wing Commander Pooja Thakur, who drove the Guard of Honor amid US President Barack Obama's visit a year ago, has taken the Indian Air Force (IAF) to the Armed Forces Tribunal.

The officer says in a request that the IAF's choice to deny her lasting bonus or full administration is "one-sided, prejudicial, self-assertive and irrational".

The Air Force has supposedly been requested that react in four weeks.

Wing Commander Thakur was the primary lady officer to lead the Inter-Service Guard of Honor investigated by President Obama in 2015.

The little girl of an armed force colonel, the Rajasthan officer joined the Air Force in 2000.
