Oats – 1 cup
Semolina – 1/2 cup
Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder – 1 spoon
Garam Masala – 1 Tablespoon
Capsicum – 1/2 cup chopped
Carrot – 1/2 cup chopped
Onion – 1/2 cup chopped
Green coriander – 1/2 cup chopped
salt to taste
Oil to fry
First, grind the oats in a mixer, take it out in a vessel and mix it well by adding semolina, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt.
After this add capsicum, carrot, onion and green coriander and mix well. Add water to the mixture and prepare the paste.
Heat the oil in a pan. Now add the mixture and fry it, when it becomes golden then take them out and serve it with sauce or sauce.
