Mumbai, Oct 5 Veteran performer and legislator Hema Malini says she doesn’t support Pakistani artistes working in India.
“I would like to say that I am 100 per cent with our jawans (soldiers), who are fighting and dying for our country and do not support Pakistan artistes working here. Jai Hind!” Hema tweeted on Wednesday.
The 67-year-old performing artist commended the Indian Army for the surgical strikes on fear platforms along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir a month ago.
“Our army has done a great job with the surgical strikes and the whole country should be supportive of them. Why ask for proof of action? Unheard of!” she added.
Hema at an occasion in the capital on Tuesday had valued the work of Pakistani performing artists and did not say in the event that they ought to work in India or not.
