Ingredients

Potato-4
Paneer – 200 gms
Green chilli-4
Carnflour- 4 spoons
salt to taste

Cham Cham Mithai

Carrot-2 boiled and mashed
Raisins – 1/2 cups
oil-

Onion-4
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Tablespoons
Turmeric powder – 2 teaspoons red
Chilli Powder- 2 Tablespoons
Cashew paste- 2 cups
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 Tablespoon
salt to taste
Oil – 3 Tablespoons
Fresh cream – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup

Method :-

To make kofta, mix boiled potatoes, paneer, green chillies, salt, carrot and cornstarch in a bowl and make small balls. Now take the paneer ball in hand and make holes in between and fill raisin in it. Heat oil in a pan and fry the kofta in it.

To make curry-

Grind boiled onions in a mixer and make a thick paste. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add onion paste, ginger, garlic paste and fry it. After this add turmeric powder, red chilli powder cashew paste and cook it. Then add salt and garam masala powder in it. After this, add fry kofte in it and let the gravy gets thicker. Before serving the noor jahani kofta, garnish it with fresh cream.
