Noodles Samosa Recipe


Ingredients :-

Noodles – 1 cup boiled
Garlic buds – 5,6 cut
Onion-1 finely chopped
Capsicum – 1 finely chopped
Carrot – 1 finely chopped
Cabbage – 1 cup finely chopped
Salt to taste
Soya Sauce – 2 Tablespoons
Vinager – 1 teaspoon

Bread Slice Recipe

Ajinomoto – 1 teaspoon
Flour – 2 cups
Flour – 1 cup
Kalanji – half a teaspoon
Oil to fry
Celery – a teaspoon

Method :-

First, heat oil in a pan and add garlic, onion and fry in it. After this add carrot, capsicum and cauliflower and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Mix salt, soya sauce, vinegar, azinoomoto and boiled noodles in it. The mixture is ready for filling in samosas, now mix flour, flour, salt, kalyanji, celery and oil in a vessel and dough the dough with water.

Make small dough of ready flour, bake half of the flour in the shape of the whole and cut half from the middle. In the meantime, make noodles in the form of samosa.

Stick together the sides by putting water, prepare all the samosas in the same way. Now put oil in a pan to heat it, when the oil becomes hot, then put the samosa in it and keep it until golden.
