A logo of the cell has been unveiled by the Commerce and Industry Minister Nirmala Sitharaman for IPR Promotion and Management (CIPAM).
She named this as "an determined task" as India's licensed innovation related exercises require incredible traction.
The logo has been outlined remembering the motto of the National IPR Policy: Creative India, Innovative India. It was outlined by the National Institute of Design.
Talking on the event, DIPP Secretary Ramesh Abhishek said the order of CIPAM is to productively actualize the national IPR arrangement. He said it is planning IPR mindfulness programs in the nation.
CIPAM has been made as an expert body under the aegis of DIPP to take forward the usage of the National IPR Policy that was endorsed by the administration in May 2016.
CIPAM is working towards making open mindfulness about IPRs in the nation, advancing recording of IPRs through assistance and furnishing creators with a stage to market their IP resources.
