Mumbai: The Nifty raised by 26 points or 0.25 percent at Rs 10,178.95, on the other hand, Sensex increased by 100 points in the early trade today on BSE.
The Nifty gained 25.85 points, or 0.25 percent at a high of 10,178.95 as compared to Monday which was at a soaring of 10,171.70.
On the ninth day, Sensex increased by 100.35 points or 0.30 percent at Rs 32,524.11.
Auto, healthcare, realty, consumer durables as well as oil & gas sectoral indexes were noticed at a high by 0.69 percent.
The top achievers were Tata Motors, Tata Steel, Sun Pharma, HDFC Bank, Kotak Bank, Lupin, M&M, Dr Reddy’s, Hero MotoCorp, Bharti Airtel, Bajaj Auto.
Under Asian markets, Hong Kong’s Hang Seng achieved 0.14 percent, on the other hand, Japan’s Nikkei secured 1.47 percent in early business deal.
The US Dow Jones Industrial Average finished 0.28 percent high on Monday.
