Damascus: Nearly 30 civilians died in US-led air attacks that took place on Monday on the Islamic State positions in Raqqa city of Syria.
As per the reports, Nine women and 14 children died on Monday in the airstrikes.
The Britain-based watchdog group stated, the data of injured was likely to increase in the attacks.
In the new air attacks, the toll of wounded persons have not been revealed yet.
The airstrike was held by the US-led coalition that also impose losses on civilians.
The Bashar-al Assad-led government has directed the United Nations to suspend the US coalition, mentioning it “unlawful”. As per Syrian government, US forces were doing “crimes” by lynching militants every day.
Prior this week, the alliance strengthen airstrikes, focusing Islamic State positions in its major monopoly in Raqqa. The air attacks lost the lives of around ten militants.
As per the media, the US-led coalition had utilized white phosphorus in the assaults this week.
The US has been backing the Kurdish-drove Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in their push to catch Raqqa from the Islamic State, empowering the SDF to catch 55 for every penny of Raqqa following a two-month fight.
While the SDF is progressing inside Raqqa, the Syrian Army and tribal powers are battling the fanatic gathering in the farmland, approaching the last Islamic State-held town of Madan in the city.
The armed force and partnered troops have officially recovered the western and southern field of Raqqa.
