4 Medium beetroot, boiled, peeled and diced
4-5 Mint leaves, cleaved
60 g Fresh cream
1 tsp Mustard paste
3-4 Almonds, cleaved
Black Pepper Powder
3-4 Parsley Leaves, cleaved
– In a dish include beetroot, mint leaves, fresh cream, mustard and almonds.
– Season with salt, black pepper powder and mix well.
– Garnish with parsley and serve cool.
