On Sunday, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Gwalior to attend a two-day top-level police conference. Modi also tweeted about his arrival at the annual conference of DGPs and IGPs across the country. According to the reports, this conference is starting today at the Border Security Force (BSF) Academy at Tekanpur.

The event, “Annual Conference of Director General of Police and Inspector General of Police of states” is where top police officers share and discuss security related issues. Also on Saturday Union home minister Rajnath Singh arrived in Gwalior who will participate in the annual conference. The conference will end on 8 January.
According to the release it stated that, “During the last meeting, issues such as cross-border terrorism discussed in detail. The prime minister emphasized the importance of leadership, soft skills and collective training.”
