Nabha jailbreak: Police detained two persons in Rajasthan


JAIPUR: Punjab Police has confined two people regarding the Nabha jailbreak incident, one of whom is a companion of an escapee, from Sriganganagar locale of Rajasthan. His brother-in-law Angrej Singh were traced to Kishanpura town on Tuesday night.

Brar, a resident of Firozpur in Punjab, is a companion of Gurpreet Sekhon who is among those that got away from the high-security jail in Punjab.

The Punjab Police group had been camping here and the pair was held the previous evening, Ghukkhar Singh, SHO of Ghamurwali police headquarters said.

He said they were followed on the basis of their cell phones' location.

SHO of Sadar Police Station, Rahul Yadav said the two were taken to Punjab for addressing.
