Mouth Watering Tandoori Momos!



Momos Sheet

Chopped Cabbage, carrot, onion, capsicum, garlic, beans, spring onion


Red Chili

Black Pepper

Jain Tostada

For marination-

1/2 cup yogurt

1 tbsp tandoori masala

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Food colour

Salt, Red Chili, Garam Masala, Turmeric powder

Mini Bread Samosa

Step to cook-

  1. Mix all the chopped vegetables and spices together. Now fill this mixture in momos sheet.
  2. Steam the momos for about 8-10 mins.
  3. Cook it well.
  4. Now, take a bowl and mix all the marination ingredients.
  5. Coat all the steamed momos in the marinated mixture.
  6. The, wipe a non-stick pan with butter and properly cook the momos from both sides.
  7. Plate the momos with sauce or red chili sauce.
  8. Sprinkle lime juice on momos and garnish it with coriander and chopped cabbage.Image result for tandoori momos
