Actress Sridevi is all set for her upcoming film ‘Mom’ that will hit the theatres soon. The film is directed by Ravi Udyawar.

The filmmakers had released that poster of upcoming film ‘Mom’ few days back. The poster portrays true love of mother. It strained on the diverse names mothers are given in various languages but their love remains unaffected.

The film features Akshaye Khanna and Abhimanyu Singh in vital roles and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in a special cameo roles. The grainy first poster had enthused a lot of responses on social media.

Sridevis’ film Mom was differentiated to Raveena Tandon’s upcoming film Maatr. Both the movie seems alike in the way.

Raveena Tandon said, “Sridevi was a senior in the industry and she respected her wholeheartedly.” She stated that she was pleased films like Pink, Mom and Maatr, were being prepared in India. The movies which have social messages ought to be prepared again and again to rouse people up.

The shooting of film ‘Mom’ was done in Delhi. Later, they headed towards Mestia, Georgia and even shot the scenes in freezing conditions of minus seven degrees for about two months. This was absolutely demanding for the film’s starcast and they fruitfully finished the schedule.

At 2017 Zee Cine Awards, the first poster of Mom was released by Salman Khan today. Salman stated after the launch that, “Sridevi was a greater star that any of the Khans. Salman had apparently insisted, Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay (Kumar)… we have all done many movies. Aamir may have done around 50 movies — he has a great deal of time, as he does just a single film for every year; Shah Rukh may have accomplished more than 100 movies… Put together, we may have all done around 250-275 movies.
