Condens Milk – 400g
Sugar – 200 gms
Gram flour – 3 cups
Milk – 2 teaspoons
1 cup ghee
Worn almonds and pistachios
Mix gram flour and milk thoroughly and keep it covered for 30 minutes.
Now heat the ghee in one embroidery, then add gram flour in it and fry well for 10 minutes.
Mix the mixture consistently with the condensed milk and sugar.
Mix this mixture well for 15 minutes and mix until it becomes thick.
After that put the saffron in it and close the gas. Put the mixture in a ghee plate and then pour the almond and pistachios on top.
When it cools down, serve it by cutting it in its shape regardless of its size.
