Methi Pulao Recipe

Ingredients:-

Rice-200 g
Fenugreek – 200 grams cut
Ghee – 2 Tablespoons
Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon

French Toast Recipe

Black pepper – 12 pc
Clove – 5, 6 powdered
Cardamom – 3 pc
Cinnamon – got a little pc
Green Chillies – 1 Cut
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 Tablespoon
Peas – 1/3 cups
Capsicum – 1 cut
salt to taste

Method

First wash the rice and soak it in water for half an hour, heat the ghee in a pan. When ghee is hot, add cumin seeds, black pepper, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon in it.

Now add green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, peas and capsicum and cook it. When the vegetable gets cooked, add fenugreek and fry in it.

Now add rice and fry it with spices, add salt and water, cover it and let it cook for 15 minutes. Fenugreek is preparing to serve as a casserole.
