Rice – 200 gms
Fenugreek leaves – 200 gms
Ghee – 2 Tablespoons
Cumin seeds – half a spoon
Black Pepper – 10
Cardamom – 2
Green chili – 2
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 Tablespoon
Peas – 1/2 cups
Capsicum – 1
Salt to taste
First, soak the rice in water for 30 minutes, then heat the ghee in the cooker and add cumin seeds, black pepper, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon powder.
Let them roast for one minute and then add green chillies, peas, capsicum and ginger-garlic paste to it.
When the vegetable is cooked properly, add fenugreek in it and fry it properly. Later, add rice, salt and water to it. Apply the cap of cooker and wait till 2 or 3 whistle comes.
