Methi Matar Malai Recipe



Freshe leaves fresh – 2 cups (chopped)
Fresh cream – one cup
Ghee or oil – one big spoon

Italian uttpam with semoliona

Onion – one (finely chopped)
Cumin – one teaspoon
Garlic – 3-4 buds
Ginger – one inch
Green chili – 2
Cashew nuts – half cup

Method :-

First, pour all the ingredients in a grinder jar and mix some water and make paste.

Heat oil or ghee in a pan or pan on medium flame. Then add the prepared paste into it and cook for 7 to 8 minutes.

When the fragrance starts coming out, then run it and add some water to it so that the paste does not stick to the pan.

Then add chopped fenugreek and a quarter cup of water, you can increase the amount of water.

Mix well by slowing the flame and cook for 10 minutes.

Vegetable Noodle Soup Recipe

Now put the cream in it and cook it for 5-6 minutes on a low flame. Then add sugar and salt to it.

Serve the vegetables by garnishing them with chopped green coriander.
