Urad Dal – 1 cup
Green chili – 2
Green Coriander – 2 tablespoons chopped
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Onions – 1 medium cut
Soak the urad dal in water for 3-4 hours, when the lentils get well, grind it into grinder.
Fill the peas dal well, now add chopped coriander, onions, chopped green chilies and salt.
Mix all the ingredients well, first to make the gourd, first you wet your palm.
Now put a wad paste on the palm and press it and crater from the middle.
Gently lift the dough and put it in hot oil. Fry them until golden on medium flame.
When the waddes are ready, serve them with coconut chutney or sambhar.
