Wheat flour – 400 gms
Pea-1 cup (roasted)
Green chilli – 2 finely chopped
Ginger – 1 inch long piece (Pumpkin tightened)
Green Coriander – One big spoon (finely chopped)
Coriander Powder – One Tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder – One quarter teaspoon
Salt – according to taste
Oil or ghee
Filter the dough and take it out in a vessel. Add half a teaspoon of salt and 2 tbsp of oil in the dough. Take soft dough dough with the help of lukewarm water.
Mix green chillies, ginger, green coriander, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt in ground peas. This mixture of peas is ready to fill in paratha.
Now heat it on a tawa gas and keep it warm. Break a little dough from the dough and make round with round. Put the flour in a dry dough (sprout) and round the round. Put a mixture of peas on the paratha which is fried.
Raise the parathas around and stop them. Grate this peanut shell with a help of a rolling sheet and give it the size of the paratha and put it on the hot pan.
By turning ghee on both sides, turn it around and turn brown. Prepare all the parathas in such a way. Serve hot peas with hot steam, curd, sauce or pickle.
