Man Booked For Allegedly Raping Woman, Minor Daughter : Gurgaon


A Delhi resident has been booked for professedly raping a 35-year-old lady and her 15-year-old little girl, Gurgaon Police said today. The lady told police she met the charged, an inhabitant of Amar Colony in Delhi, at a Gurgaon market a couple of months prior.

Hours after a case was enlisted in the matter, the charged, Ashish, was captured from his living arrangement at Amar Colony in Gokulpur of Delhi, ACP and PRO of the Gurgaon police, Manish Sehgal said.

She met the blamed, Ashish, 25 days back in Rajendra Park showcase in Gurgaon and imparted her deliver to him when he asked, Mr Sehgal said.

The lady, who is a widow, told police that she lives in Vishnu Garden with her 15-year-old little girl and 11-year-old child.

“The following day, Ashish reached her residence when her children were playing outside and raped her,” the casualty said in her complaint.

She told the police that she didn’t reveal the episode to anybody as she was anxious.

The lady additionally told that throughout the following couple of days, the denounced assaulted her few times and shot the demonstration.

Ashish later raped her 15-year-old little girl and taped the wrongdoing comparatively, Mr Sehgal said.

On the basis of a complaint by the lady, a case was today enlisted against him on the charge of rape and under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act.
