Malpua Recipe




Full cream milk – 1/2 liters

Flour – 1/2 Cup

Semolina – 1 big spoon

Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe

Green Cardamom powder – finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon

Cottage cheese – 1/2 cup

Sugar – 250 grams

Almond and Pistachio Cuticle – 1 Big Spoon

Native Ghee – For Sale

Method –

Put milk on stove and heat the milk for long time till it becomes thick. When it gets half, add 1 big spoon of sugar in it and let it cool down.

In the mixture, add flour, semolina and green cardamom powder and keep it for about 5 minutes. Add sugar and water in new utensil and make syrup.

Aloo Sooji Fingers Recipe

Take nonstick pan and add homemade ghee in it.

In the last, add Malpua to the pan in hot syrup for about 1 hour. Add cheese over it and then add pistachios and almonds from the top.

Serve it.
