The incident happened on Tuesday when a Madrasa student of class IV was allegedly bound with chains for not completing his homework.
When student’s father came to know about the incident, he filed a complaint against the teachers in police station. He even alleged that strict action must be taken against the teachers.
The boy was a student of Nushrat Ali Islamic Madrasa school. He was bound with chains by the teachers.
The teachers said, he had fled from there on Monday without finishing his school work and hence was in shackles.
Teachers added, "We did it to stop him from fleeing home during school hours," teachers reportedly told the police.
The cases have been registered against the two teachers Sabir and Mubarak under many sections of the IPC, 506 and the Juvenile Justice Act.
