Madhya Pradesh Government has dispensed 40 acres of land to Yoga master Ramdev-advanced Patanjali Ayurved in Pithampur modern region for setting up a sustenance preparing unit, at the expense of Rs. 10 crore.
"We have distributed 40 acres of area to Patanjali Ayurved at Rs. 25 lakh for each acre of land. We have sent a letter to the organization, requesting that they store Rs. 10 crore in government exchequer for the area," said Kumar Purshottam, MD, Madhya Pradesh Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam, Indore.
He said the organization arrangements to contribute Rs. 500 crore in the proposed unit in the following three years.
Around 5000 individuals will get immediate and backhanded job through this unit.
"Government is giving every one of those offices to Patanjali Ayurved according to its strategies for sustenance handling units," the MD said.
Other than apportioning land at concessional rates to sustenance handling industry, the legislature likewise gives them different offices, including decreased assessments.
In the mean time, state unit Congress representative Narendra Saluja said that it appears the BJP government is "especially good" to Patanjali Ayurved.
"We are not against the organizations putting resources into Madhya Pradesh getting concessions. In any case, why the legislature does not demonstrate the same immediacy in dispensing offices to different organizations, which it has appeared on account of Patanjali Ayurved? Is government ideal to this organization since its promoter Baba Ramdev is frequently seen supporting the BJP," he inquired.
