Dhadkan actress Shilpa Shetty, walked for designer Monisha Jaising at India Couture Week (ICW) 2017, conveys that she made lot of mistakes in her career and learnt a lot from them. When asked how her style changed over years, actress Shilpa told that style has to be very personal. I did a lot of mistakes in my career but learnt a lot.
Experience is what that cannot be brought and I love the fact that I have learnt from my own mistakes I have seen that, I went through it and I learnt. Dressed in exquisite silk brocade with golden weaves, Dhadkan actress as showstopper set the stage on fire.
Shilpa conveys she shares similarity with the designer from being a “Gemini” born individual. She further added that, I try to do dissimilar and I think that is the ordinary thread between the designer and me, and the other thing that is general between us is the fact she likes to be a trend setter not follower.
She was wearing Oprah colored dress which as per the designer is the color of bride in India. The fabrics of the dress were benarasi brocade.
Jaising unfurled her most colossal collection “Opera” at the fashion occasion and the gathering shown had a theatrical variety of fabrics made out of fame, velvet metallics, tulle, chikankari, Italian organza, banarasi, metallic glossy silk and substantially more. There were lehengas, evening dresses, cocktail saris, evening gowns, crop tops and ball skirts.
