London: London Fire Brigade has conveyed that, today early in the morning fire broke out at London’s Camden Lock Market. Ten fire engines and around 70 firefighters are combating the blaze, close a nightclub and covered market.
There have been no reports of any fatalities yet. It is conveyed on Facebook that, the Brigade’s 999 Control Officers have taken several calls to the perceptible blaze and people are asked to leave the place.
The London Fire Brigade also further added that, the first, second and third floors and the roof of building within the market are blazing. Camden Lock Market has more than 1,000 shops and stalls and is London’s most popular market.
24-yr-old Joan Ribes told that, the fire was moving very fast. The fire “was soaring through the air to the surrounding places. He further added that, locals were watching but we were scared the building could detonate at any time as there are restaurants with kitchens close by.
The Metropolitan Police conveyed officers were in attendance at the scene but did not immediately have any other information.
