A south Korean multinational corporation LG has come up with its two new X-series smartphones, the X5 and X Skin, in South Korea.
The LG X5 has been priced at SKW 200,000 (approximately Rs. 11,700) and will be available in White and Black colours. The LG X Skin has been priced at SKW 231,000 (approximately Rs. 13,500) and will be available in Gold and Titanium colours.
Both the series has 1.3GHz quad-core processors, bear 16GB inbuilt storage, and can be expanded via microSD card (up to 32GB).
The handsets run Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box and support dual-SIM. Both the smartphones sport 5-megapixel front-facing camera and come with connectivity options such as 4G LTE, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and Micro-USB.
The LG X5 features a 5.5-inch (720×1280 pixels) HD IPS display and comes with 2GB of RAM. It sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and is backed by a 2800mAh battery. It measures 151.6×76.9×7.2mm and weighs 133 grams.
The LG X Skin, on the other hand, features a 5-inch (720×1280 pixels) HD IPS display and packs 1.5GB of RAM. It sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and is backed by a 2100mAh battery. It measures 144.8×71.4×6.9mm and weighs 122 grams.
