The Left Unity is an alliance of All India Students' Association and the Students' Federation of India.

The results of JNU Students Union elections will be released by the committee on Saturday evening or Sunday morning. In this election, around 5,181 votes were casted.

For the first time in SIS, Right-wing Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad had won a councillor seat in the school but this time it failed to repeat that performance.

Conservative Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, which had won a councilor seat in SIS interestingly a year ago, has had an astoundingly short keep running in the school and neglected to rehash that execution. SL is another non-science school where ABVP stood a chance however as one AISA-part jested, "ABVP section is shut in SL."

In SSS, the champs are Aishwarya Bhattacharyya, Chetna Trivedi, Jai Prakash Prasad, Sumanta Roy and Upasana Hazarika – all from the AISA-SFI cooperation. At SIS, the victors are Duggirala Srikrishna (SFI), Faizal Ahmad Qureshi (SFI), Salonee Sheetal (AISA), Shashi Kant Tripathi (AISA) and Pushpika Sapna Bara (DSF). In SL, the victors are Aditi Chatterjee, Kaushik Raj, Md. Fahad, Mohd. Qasim and Vikas Kumar.
