Gourd – 1 cup
Onions – 1/4 cup slices
Green Chillies – 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped
Ginger – 1 teaspoon finely chopped
Fresh curd – 1 cup
Peanut – 3 tablespoon roast and dadri pasi
Oil – 1 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds – 1/2 teaspoons
Take a vessel, add gourd, onion, green chili, ginger and water to it. Now, keep this vessel on medium flame for 10 minutes. Stir it properly and when add little water to it. When the mixture gets dry, close the gas and keep it aside till it gets cool.
Add this mixture in a large bowl and mix yogurt to it. Now, add peanuts and salt in it.
Now, heat oil in a pan and add black mustard seeds and curry leaves in it.
