Laptop Ban may expand to all international flights : John Kelly


US says, it is considering laptop ban on all International flights. The U.S. Homeland Security chief, John Kelly, said his department is considering banning laptop computers from the passenger cabins of all international flights to and from the United States.

Talking on a Television program yesterday, He said terrorists are fixated on thumping down a plane in flight.

Mr. Kelly said there are indications of a genuine danger against regular citizen flight from carry-on electronic gadgets. The boycott would grow a prior request in March that effects around 50 flights for each day to the United States from 10 urban communities, in the Middle East and North Africa.

Britain has also taken similar measures targeting flights from Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Tunisia and Saudi Arabia.
