Khiva: An old Muslim country who worship Krishna

Khiva is a city of approximately 50,000 people located in Xorazm Region, Uzbekistan. According to archaeological data, the city was established in the beginning of the Christian era. It is the former capital of Khwarezmia and the Khanate of Khiva. Itchan Kala  in Khiva was the first site in Uzbekistan to be inscribed in the World Heitage List (1991).

This country still believes their old culture and worship Krishna. The people of the city linked to the life of Lord Krishna, have knowledge of the incident and every story. The surprising thing is that these people have any knowledge of the role of Krishna in the Mahabharata. The coming generations will be deprived of the knowledge because of some radical people that are jealous. But still people believe in Krishna and worship with faith.

Kiwa city worship the Lord Krishna. It is something of hatred for fanatics. Yes of course now it's coming to see that people now are afraid of having a statue of Krishna. The reason behind this is probably need not to tell but most important is the enough love for Krishna, in the hearts of their people.
