A 23-year old law student from Kerala who a month ago cut off a sanyasi’s penis after he professedly raped her for quite a long while, has now said she wasn’t raped, leading news channel detailed today.

The lady made the disclosure in a letter to the 54-year-old godman’s legal counselor, the news channel’s report said.

The swami, who was charged for assaulting the lady over a seven-year time span under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POSCO) Act, told police he remove his penis himself, since it wasn’t “useful” to him.

Police at first said the alleged sufferer mom welcomed the swami into their home to direct poojas and prayers.

“The swami (at that point) convinced (the) sufferer mom that he could cure her paralysed husband and (utilized this as reason to) continuous her home. What’s more, he began sexually abusing the (at that point) minor girl,” a police official said.

At the point when Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan was asked what move his administration would make action against the swami, he thus asked – giggling – what more action was required.
