At least two Indian soldiers and a Pakistani intruder were died as Army thwarted a major Pakistani Border Action Team (BAT) attack on its patrol on the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch sector on Thursday. Three top Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) militants were killed by the security forces on the same day in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
The soldier has been found as Naik Jadhav Sandip Sarjerao and Sepoy Mane Savan Balku. As per the reports, Naik Jadhav Sandip Sarjerao used to live in Maharashtra along with his wife Ujala while Sepoy Mane Savan Balku resides in Kolhapur, Maharashtra along with his mother.
At 2pm, Pakistan BAT team attacked along the LoC of the Indian Territory that left two soldiers dead in the Poonch sector. Like earlier, The Pakistan BAT team this time not mutilated the Indian soldiers. Pakistan BAT team involves Pakistani Special Forces as well as jihadis.
“Our Area Domination Patrol was focused by the outfitted interlopers and trade of flame happened. While the fire battle was going on, Pakistani posts connected with our posts by substantial terminating. Our watch executed one outfitted gatecrasher. Collection of one outfitted gatecrasher is inside visual reach. Another outfitted interloper was harmed and covering fire by Pakistan posts encouraged his removal”, armed force representative expressed.
On Thursday, Pakistan’s BAT team attacked along the Indian LoC that was situated 600 metres from Pakistan Lin of control.
On May 26, Pakistani Border Action Team (BAT) attacked along the Line of Control in Uri sector of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district that killed two militants.
“The fire was struck back and in the following an experience three LeT activists were slaughtered. They have been recognized as Majid Hameed Mir, Shakir Ahmad Jugjoo and Irshad Ahmad Dar. Two AK rifles and one Pistol was recouped from the experience site”, said a police spokesman.
