SRINAGAR: A teenager lost lives on Wednesday after facing pellet injuries during violence amid protesters and security forces that occurred near in Tral area of Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir.

As per the reports, nearly three terrorists died in the firing. A 16-yr old Muhammad Younis Sheikh was confirmed dead by the doctors at SMHS hospital in Srinagar.

The police and the Army carried out a search operation in Gulab Bagh village of Tral area after listening to gunfire. During the security forces search operations,  the terrorists begins firing upon them.

Sources asserted, several people carried out strike at Gulab Bagh after they came to know about the gunbattle. Later, the militants started violence with the security forces. The dead body of Younis was moved to Tral where several people conducted strike in several villages. The violence also took place between youths and forces at Pulwama town.

On Wednesday, three militants died and it is speculated that these terrorists must be associated with Syed Salahuddin-led Hizbul Mujahideen.
