JAMMU: Pakistani Army continues to fire along the Line of Control (LOC) in the Pallanwala sector of the Jammu district on Thursday.
"Pakistan army resorted to unprovoked ceasefire violation in the Pallanwala sector at 1915 hours today, using automatic weapons and mortars.” A Defence spokesman said.
"The same is being responded to befittingly by own troops", he added.
Pakistani troops fired along the LoC in Rajouri in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday and forced Indian Army to hit them back.
On Monday, Pakistani army continued to shelling and firing on Indian posts along the LoC in Pallanwala sector of Jammu, Sunderbani and Naushera sectors of Rajouri and Khadi sector of Poonch district. Around two persons were killed and one jawan got wounded.
On Monday, nearly seven Pak Soldiers died in firing along the LoC.
Around 26 people were died and 14 security personnel wounded in a firing that took place along LoC and IB in Jammu and Kashmir by Pakistani troops.
