After Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s directorial flick, ‘Padmaavat ‘ it is now the turn of Bollywood’s queen Kangana Ranaut’s highly-anticipated film ‘Manikarnika : The Queen of Jhansi’ to get stucked in a controversy.
According to the latest reports, the film was earlier slated to release in April, has now been pushed to August. However, Kamal Jain and Zee Studios, the producers of the film, haven’t officially announced the release date yet.
The news is that a Brahmin outfit in Rajasthan has threatened to disrupt the shooting of the film claiming it has an “indecent portrayal” of RLaxmibai.
