‘Queen of Bollywood’ Actress Kangana Ranaut gets badly wounded during the shooting for her upcoming film ‘ Manikarnika: Rani Of Jhansi’. The film is a biopic on Rani Laxmibai
The incident took place when Kangana Ranaut was having fight with Nihar for the shooting of a scene. As per the movie’s producer Kamal Jain, Kangana suffered injury between her eyebrows on Wednesday evening. She was immediately taken to the nearby hospial to undergo treatment.
“Kangana had to duck when Nihar (her co-star Nihar Pandya) attacked her, but the timing went wrong and Nihar’s sword hit her forehead instead. It made a deep cut between her eyebrows. The drive to the hospital took a good 30 minutes, but she put up a brave front despite the pain and bleeding. Nihar was apologetic and felt terrible, but Kangana pacified him,” he asserted.
Since a week, Kangana had been shooting for Manikarnika: Rani Of Jhansi in Hyderabad’s Ramoji Film City.
“She got 15 stitches on her forehead and will be under observation in the hospital for a few days. The examining doctor said that it was a close shave for her because the cut was too close to her bone,” a source stated.
The doctors stated that ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ actress will have to undergo cosmetic surgery after completing the shooting of movie. As per the reports, Kangana will be discharged subsequent week from the hospital.
