Mumbai: Mumbai Police have detained three owners of ‘1 Above’ pub who were missing since two weeks after the firing at Kamala Mills compound in Mumbai. The incident takes the lives of nearly 14 people.
The culprits have been found as Jigar Sanghvi and Kripesh Sanghvi. The cops detained other accused Abhijeet Mankar today.
Jigar and Kripesh were detained on Wednesday from Mumbai’s Andheri area, additional commissioner of police S Jaikumar affirmed.
Mumbai Cop spokesperson affirmed that the culprits on Thursday would appear at Bhoiwada court.
The cops had prior declared a recompense of Rs 1 lakh for the site of the ‘1 Above’ proprietors.
Mumbai cops have seized a car of culprit Mankar from his Juhu house. The interrogation is in process.
Kariya had been charged under Section 216 of the IPC.
Prior, the proprietors of ‘1 Above’ bar had stated to the President, PM, CM, Mumbai Cops Commissioner, Mumbai’s civic body in a note that issue must be probed by CBI. They even claimed that there was a plot against them.
Several people who lost their lives were clientele of ‘1 Above’. Their dead bodies were recovered from lavatory.
