Jamshedpur: Passenger vehicle collided with trailer, 5 killed


Jamshedpur: On Wednesday five people counting two women dead and other three were critically wounded following a trailer crashed with a passenger jeep in Dhalbhumgarh in Ghatshila sub division on NH-33.

Police officials conveyed that jeep was going to Baharagora and was traveling together people and newspaper bundles from Dhalbhumgarh.

A speeding trailer, coming to Ghatshila from Baharagora, crashed with the passenger vehicle, close to a vehicle showroom on the Tata Baharagora national highway nearly 4:40 am.

Three women of them were dead. The two male fatalities counting the driver were residents of Ghatshila and Baripada.

Dhalbhumgarh police station officer-in-charge, Rajesh Kumar has also further conveyed that, the bodies were shifted to Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Hospital for autopsy and the wounded have also been admitted to the similar hospital.
