1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
2 cup grated mix cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped jalapeno
Steps to cook:
Take a big bowl and mix flour, salt and add the water as needed to make a soft dough. Keep it aside for at least ten minutes.
Now take cheese and Jalapeno pepper for filling and mix it well.
Make paratha of the dough balls and fill in the cheese filling in the center. Pull the edges of the dough to wrap it around the cheese filling.
Heat the heavy pan on medium heat. Place the paratha on the skillet. Flip the paratha when it starts turning golden.
Serve it hot with curd or chutney!
