Jaipur: Picnic turned into horrific incident. On Sunday three cousins dead following a speeding bus lost control and rammed into their bike close to Chandwaji highway. The fatalities have been recognized by as Suresh, Sohan and Sogi Jiram. Police has also conveyed that the three were cousins and residents of Manpura Macheri village.
They were travelling to their village and driving in the service lane next to the highway when a Rajasthan Roadways bus rammed into their bike. Jamwaramgarh deputy SP Sheela Fogawat also further conveyed that the occurrence took place at around 8 am when they were travelling back to their village. While they were travelling in the service lane, a Roadways bus veered left, jumped the divider and hit their bike.
The bus was driving to Manpur through Chandwaji. The bus driver fled from the spot. The road side vendors rushed to the spot and informed ambulance and Chandwaji police station. Police officials further added that, they were profusely bleeding from their heads and none of them had worn helmet. The mishap was so harsh that one side of the bus was fully flattened.
All three were immediately rushed to close private hospital where they were affirmed bought dead. Jaipur Rural police have filed a case of reckless driving endangering the lives of others against the bus driver. The bodies handed over to the family members following post mortem. Further investigations are on and police trying to nab the bus driver.
