Mumbai: The Indian rupee on Friday gains 13 paise to Rs 64.95 against US Dollar on the continued dealing of greenback by banks and exporters. On Thursday also rupee grew 6 paise and concluded at 65.08 against the American currency.
Broking further stated that the USDINR spot is predictable to gain on Friday vigorous release of industrial production and manufacturing production from country have impart optimistic sentiments in the market place.
On Friday the BSE Sensex commenced 65.52 points, or 0.20 per cent, grew at 32247.74, wheres NSE Nifty index also commenced 27.30 points, or 0.27 per cent, grew at 10,123.70.
On Thursday foreign portfolio investors stand net buyers in equity markets as they purchase stocks of Rs 869.54 crore with gross purchases and gross sales at Rs 6411.40 crore and Rs 5541.86 crore, correspondingly.
