Indian national man arrested in Pakistan, not having complete travel documentation

The Indian national, whose name has not been unveiled, was arrested from the F-8 range of Pakistan’s capital for not having complete travel documentation, media reported. A case has been documented under Article 14 of the Foreign Act and the man has been exchanged to imprison on legal remand

The arrest comes days after the International Court of Justice (ICJ) remained capital punishment granted to previous Indian Navy officer Kulbhushan Jadhav by a Pakistani military court on charges of undercover work and subversive acts.

India had attested that Jadhav was captured from Iran, where he had been leading business, while Pakistan claimed to have arrested him from the restive Balochistan province for anti-national activities.
