Idli Manchurian Recipe



Idli – 10 pieces

Medu Vada Recipe

Cornflour – 1/2 cup

Flour – 1/2 Cup

Soya Sauce – 1 Tablespoon

Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1/2 Tablespoon

Oil to fry

Materials for Gravy: –

Onions – 1 chopped

Green Chillies – 1 Cut


Capsicum – 1 cup chopped

Soy sauce

1 cup spring onion

Method :-

First, cut the idli in small pieces, now make a paste by adding flour, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, salt and water in a bowl.

Deep fry it by dipping Idli’s paste into this solution. Put a little oil in a bowl and heat it.

Now add onion, capsicum, green chili and ginger and fry it. After this add half a teaspoon soy sauce and put fried idli on top.

Medu Vada Recipe

Mix corn flour with 2 cups of water in it. When it starts boiling, turn off the gas.

Idli is ready to become Manchurian, serve garnish with Spring Onion.
