Hyderabad: A three-year old boy was set on fire by his 16 year old neighbor when the child failed to give his teenage neighbour’s bike a way in Kalapathar, Hyderabad on Monday.

On Monday, Ali was playing in front of his house along with some other children when his neighbour, riding a bike, reached the spot. He shouted at the children, asking them to move away. According to the three-year-old's parents, he could not understand what the accused said, and did not move from the spot.
