The South Yorkshire Police Operational Support on Thursday posted photos of the charred remains of a Ferrari, saying that the auto’s driver got ‘very lucky.’ Two photographs shared on SYP Operational Support’s Facebook page show a brand new Ferrari that had ‘left the carriageway and burst in to flames’, as per their post. Also as per the post, the driver sustained just minor cuts and wounds – a fact that has prompted many surprised reactions on social media, given the condition of his auto.
The mishap occurred on July 27 in South Yorkshire, UK. The Facebook post affirms that over-speeding was not the reason behind the crash of the brand new Ferrari 430 Scuderia. It likewise includes that the owner had picked up the auto only a hour ago.

On Facebook, the post has been shared almost 4,000 times, with many individuals wondering how the crash happened and others saying they’re happy the driver got away.
SYP Operational Support says that ‘road conditions were wet at the time’, which may have led the crash. “Over the recent weeks there has been various collisions where driving styles have not reflected the road and weather conditions. Please take more care!” they ask for in their Facebook post.
